Delivery Options & Charges
We offer a choice of delivery options for UK mainland addresses. All charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and chosen service.

Order Processing & Despatch
We aim to process and despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Here is what happens after you place your order:

Order Confirmed
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Please check your junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

Order Picked & Packed
Orders placed before 2 pm on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends and bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Despatch Notification
Once your order has been handed to our delivery partner, you will receive a despatch confirmation email. This may include a tracking number depending on the service used.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or provide a safe place instruction where possible.

Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Please note that some services and charges may vary depending on your location.
- UK Mainland — all standard delivery options available at the rates shown above
- Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man — delivery is available but may be subject to extended timescales and additional charges; exact costs will be shown at checkout
- International delivery — we do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom; please check back as we grow

Tracking Your Order
Where a tracking service is provided by our delivery partner, your despatch email will include a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress.
If you have not received a despatch notification within 2 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.
Section 05
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your order, but occasionally issues can occur in transit. If there is a problem with your delivery, please follow the steps below:
- Report any transit damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
- If possible, photograph the damaged packaging and/or items before opening — this helps us resolve the issue quickly with our delivery partner
- Do not dispose of any damaged packaging until the matter has been resolved
- If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement and collection at no cost to you

Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
- Most carriers will make up to two delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us
- If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-despatch — a re-delivery charge may apply
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering
