Returns & Refunds Policy

Section 01

Our Aim

We want you to be completely delighted with every order from Royal Pet Supplies. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you may return any item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund.

⏱  Transit damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Please note: if you are returning an item that is not faulty or damaged — simply unsuitable — you are responsible for the cost of return postage and any original delivery charge.

General Terms

    All items must be received back by us before a refund or replacement can be issued.

    Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.

  • 3

    Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Section 03

How to Return an Item

To return an item to us, please follow these steps:

    Pack the item securely in its original condition and packaging where possible.

    Include a copy of your invoice, or a letter containing your full name, delivery address, and order number, so we can identify your return upon receipt.

    Send your parcel to our returns address. As we do not currently have a published physical address, please contact us first (details below) and we will provide current return instructions.

Section 04

Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your order has arrived damaged, is missing items, or you have received a faulty product, please get in touch with our customer services team as soon as possible — and within 48 hours for transit damage claims.

We will arrange collection or return postage at no cost to you and ensure a prompt resolution.
