The 45cm Kowloon LED loop collar is USB rechargeable and offers fast flash, slow flash and continuous light. It can be cut to fit following its packaging instructions. Measure and check the fit before cutting.

Choose a vest using chest measurements

Kowloon flashing vests have these stated chest ranges:

• Small LED vest: 40–55cm chest
• Medium LED vest: 55–70cm chest
• Large LED vest: 70–95cm chest

A small blinker for a collar or lead
